This page explains how to delete your account in VeronFit: Workout & Habits and everything stored with it. You do not need the app on your phone to ask us.
Ask us to delete your account
To ask us to delete your account, send an email:
- To: yuvarajkgm24@gmail.com
- From: the email address you signed up with (if you signed in with Google, use your Google email address). We can only act on a request that comes from the account's own address, so we know it is you.
- Subject: Delete my VeronFit account
- Message: say "Please delete my VeronFit: Workout & Habits account and all my data". You may add your display name. Never send your password.
We reply to confirm we received it, and we delete the account within 30 days (usually within a few days). We then email you to say it is done.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your profile: name, age, gender, height, weight, time zone, goals and settings

What we keep, and for how long
- Short-lived technical logs at our hosting and sign-in providers (IP address, time and address of each request, sign-in events, error codes)

We keep nothing else about you, we do not keep a copy "just in case", and we never use data from a deleted account for anything. Our service providers (Supabase for the database and storage, Vercel for hosting, Google for sign-in) delete their copies as part of their normal operation; Google keeps its own record of your Google account, which you control in your Google account settings (look for "Your connections to third-party apps and services" to remove VeronFit's access).
Delete only some of your data (without deleting your account)
You can remove single items at any time in the app: a selfie, or any entry in the water, sleep, mood or weight trackers, and you can untick a habit. Turning off an optional feature in Settings stops new data being collected for it.
Uninstalling is not deleting
Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account or data. Ask us to delete it with the email steps above.
