1 About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Yuvaraj ("we", "us") about your use of VeronFit (listed on Google Play as "VeronFit: Workout & Habits"), the app on Android and the website at https://app.verontechnologies.xyz. By creating an account or otherwise using VeronFit you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use VeronFit. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data and is part of this agreement.
2 Who can use VeronFit
You must be 18 or older.
3 VeronFit is not medical advice
- VeronFit is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. It does not give medical advice and is not a replacement for a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or other health professional.
- Talk to a health professional before you start a new exercise or eating routine, especially if you are pregnant, are recovering from an injury or illness, take medication, have a heart, joint, blood-pressure or other health condition, or have not exercised for a long time.
- Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or anything that does not feel right. Exercises are shown with care but you do them at your own risk and at your own pace.
- Plans, workout lengths, targets and suggestions are general fitness guidance built from the answers you gave. They are not tailored medical or nutrition advice.
4 Estimates
Calories burned, workout length and similar figures are estimates. They are worked out from typical values and from what you tell us (for example your weight). They are not medical measurements and can be wrong for your body. Do not use them to make medical decisions. Sleep, mood and weight entries are your own notes and the app draws no medical conclusion from them.
5 The coach
The in-app coach is a rules engine: fixed rules that look at your own history and offer a change such as a new day for a workout, a like-for-like exercise swap, an easier or harder week, or a catch-up session. It is not a language model and not a person, and it does not know your medical situation. A change happens only when you tap its button, and you can undo it. You are always free to ignore it.
6 Your account
- You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google.
- Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at yuvarajkgm24@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into it.
- One account is for one person.
- You can sign out and delete your account at any time (section 10).
7 Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use VeronFit if you are under 18, or let a minor use your account;
- break the law, or use VeronFit to harm, harass, threaten or impersonate another person;
- upload photos of anyone other than yourself, or any image that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use;
- try to break into, overload, scan or reverse-engineer VeronFit, other people's accounts or our providers' systems, or get around any limit or protection (for example by sending requests that fake completed workouts);
- copy, scrape or resell VeronFit's exercise content, pictures, animations or text, other than for your own personal use;
- use VeronFit to send spam or advertising to anyone.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after a warning where reasonable.
8 Your content
What you enter (your entries, notes, selfies and profile picture) belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it to you, so that VeronFit can work. We do not use it for anything else, we do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. See the privacy policy for details.
VeronFit itself, its design, exercise content, pictures and animations belong to us or to our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them in the app for your own use.
9 Third-party content: Google, YouTube and Vimeo
"Continue with Google" is provided by Google and is subject to Google's terms. Some exercise videos play from YouTube or Vimeo only after you tap "Play video" or choose "Yes, play automatically". When you do, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms (opens in a new tab)), and Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy (opens in a new tab)) applies to YouTube; for a Vimeo video, Vimeo's terms apply (https://vimeo.com/terms (opens in a new tab)). We do not control those services or what their players show, and we are not responsible for them.
10 Ending your use and deleting your account
- You can ask us to delete your account through https://app.verontechnologies.xyz/delete-account, which explains how to do it by email. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. What is deleted and what may remain for a short time is explained in the privacy policy and on the deletion page.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that has put other people or our service at risk. We will say why, unless the law stops us.
- We may stop offering VeronFit, or part of it, with reasonable notice where possible.
11 Availability and changes
VeronFit needs an internet connection. We work to keep it available but do not promise it will always be free of faults or interruptions, and we may change, add or remove features. Reminders appear only while the app is open.
12 Our responsibility to you, in plain words
- We give VeronFit "as is". We try hard to keep it accurate and safe, but we cannot promise that its estimates, plans or suggestions are right for you or that it will be free of errors.
- You take part in exercise at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any injury, illness or health problem that follows from exercise, food or lifestyle choices you make, whether or not VeronFit suggested them, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our failure.
- To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything connected with VeronFit is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the last 12 months. VeronFit is free, so that amount is nothing.
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that cannot be limited, and nothing limits responsibility for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.
13 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change matters we will update the version and date at the top. If you do not agree to a change you can delete your account.
14 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, but nothing here stops you from using rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live. We would like to fix a problem first: write to yuvarajkgm24@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
15 If part of the terms is not valid
If a part of these terms turns out not to be valid, the rest stays in force. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about VeronFit.
